Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us!

If you are dissatisfied with your item please contact us within 10 days of receipt of item and we will make arrangements to either refund you the cost of the item (less shipping) or place a new order for you. Due to the handmade nature of these products, the items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser's expense before any refunds will be issued.

We apologize, no refunds can be given on custom items, so please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order.

Items that are lost or damaged during transit

If your package is damaged you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package is lost, we must wait 21 days within the US and 45 days internationally before a claim can be started. Once a claim has been resolved, a new item will be created and shipped at no cost to you.
